1949: Born in Bac Ninh province (19/01/1949)
Nguyen Thanh Chuong (THANH CHUONG)
1956: Began painting from the age of 7
1960: Entered the Hanoi Fine Arts College
1966: Served in the army
1974: Worked as a painter, and illustrator for Thong Nhat Journal
1975: up to now, work as the main painter for Van Nghe Weekly.
